Return & refund policy
30-day window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start
Email hello@lymiv.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund it — no return shipping needed.
Non-returnable
For hygiene reasons, opened feeding accessories and personalised items can't be returned unless faulty.
